Market Research Analyst (Syosset, NY)

Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand of internet telecommunication service and distance learning service. Gather data on competitor and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution. Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically to marketing manager. Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data. Must have quantitative aptitude and demonstrate statistical knowledge and computer graphics ability which through course work or training. Software Engineer

Develop high performance VoIP softswitch for next generation communication networks based on SIP protocols on Unix/Linux and Windows platforms. Develop communication billing systems within distributed system based on Radius and AAA protocols. Perform system architecture design, implementation, testing and technical support. Ultilize machematics and network algorithm to design large high performance distributed communication systems. Consult with users to assess computing needs and system requirements. Work closely with cross functional team such as QA, documentation and product management.
